Mission Statement
To provide financial literacy tools that help families build wealth, homeownership education to create successful homeowners, help families identify affordable hosuing opportunities, and preserving strong communities by educating homeowners on how to avoid foreclosure. HART provides counseling & educational programs to accomplish this mission: pre-purchase, homeownership education, postpurchase, credit counseling & debt management, and delinquency counseling & loss mitigation.
